An unusual find, this original 1920s cotton nightdress was homemade for a nursing mother. It is a gorgeous piece, made from fine pink cotton with an empire waist and a popper closure bust. The waist has been embroidered and features an openwork panel, along with pleating to allow room for a baby bump if needed. The bust also showcases beautiful hand-done embroidery. It would work wonderfully worn as a dress or as nightwear or loungewear.

Condition: Excellent. Looks to have been barely worn.
