Returns & Refunds
Every piece sold by Lucky Charm is authentic vintage, dating from the Edwardian era through to the 1990s. These garments have lived a previous life, so signs of age and gentle wear are to be expected. Each item is inspected before sale and described as accurately as possible, with any notable flaws noted in the description and photographs.
Vintage sizing differs from modern sizing, so please check the listed measurements against a garment that already fits you rather than relying on the size label. If you have any questions, get in touch before purchasing.
Returns (UK only)
UK customers can return:
- All denim, of any age
- Any other item from the 1970s onwards
Items from before the 1970s are final sale, unless they were significantly misdescribed. This is due to the fragile and rare nature of these pieces, so please check all measurements and condition notes carefully before purchasing.
How returns work
Contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, and post the item back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition you received them, with no perfume, smoke or other odours. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was significantly misdescribed.
Once I have received and checked your return, I will refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.
International orders
I am unable to accept returns on international orders because of the complexity of international shipping and customs. This does not affect any legal rights you may have.
