Returns & Refunds

Every piece sold by Lucky Charm is authentic vintage, dating from the Edwardian era through to the 1990s.

These garments have lived a previous life. Signs of age and gentle wear are to be expected, and extra care should be taken when wearing, cleaning, and storing vintage clothing.

Each item is inspected before sale and described as accurately as possible. Any notable flaws, particularly those affecting wear or presentation, are noted in both the description and photographs.

Please check measurements, descriptions, and photographs carefully before purchasing. Vintage sizing differs from modern sizing — we recommend comparing the listed measurements against a garment that already fits you, rather than relying on the size label. Get in touch before purchasing if you have any questions.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if an item has been significantly misdescribed. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you believe this is the case.

Approved returns must be posted within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition in which they were received. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item was significantly misdescribed.

We're unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect fit or sizing
  • Personal preference
  • Colour variation caused by screen settings

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, repaired, damaged after delivery, or carry perfume, smoke, or other odours cannot be accepted for return.

Refunds

Where an item is found to be significantly misdescribed, a full refund is issued once the return has been received and inspected, to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. We're unable to accept returns on international orders due to the complexity of international shipping and customs. This doesn't affect any legal rights you may have.
