All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.

Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days. As a one-person business, dispatch times may occasionally vary — thank you for your patience.

If you'd like a signature requirement or additional insurance on your parcel, contact me before placing your order.

I'm required to declare the full value of all international shipments. Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees are the buyer's responsibility.

For US customers, estimated customs fees are included in the listed price and paid upfront, so you shouldn't receive a customs charge on arrival. I do my best to stay up to date with tariff changes and adjust pricing accordingly, but this isn't always possible to track perfectly — in the rare case an unexpected customs duty, VAT, import tax, or handling fee does arise, this remains the buyer's responsibility.

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond my control. I'll always do my best to help if your parcel is delayed or missing.
