Original 1970s blouse from Mexicana, the boutique founded by John Cavanagh and illustrator Alfredo Bouret. Known for bold, dramatic designs, the brand often incorporated elements inspired by Bouret’s Mexican heritage. A collectable and rare label to find these days. 

Made from crisp white cotton, this blouse features structured ruffles along the front, long sleeves, and statement cuffs. Pin-tucking and pleats are detailed throughout, and the front fastens with hidden buttons, with matching buttons at the cuffs.
