Calling all romantic underwear lovers! This classic Edwardian corset cover is a dream—perfect worn as underwear or styled as outerwear. Made by Horrockses, it still has its original label intact. While most know Horrockses for their iconic 1950s dresses, the company actually began in 1791 in Preston, UK, as a cotton manufacturer.

This particular corset cover is an as-is beauty, but remains absolutely wearable. It features a button-down front, peplum-style waist, and a lovely floral embroidered motif at the chest and at the neck. I have added modern ribbon to the neck.

Condition: Fair. Structurally sound and still very wearable, but with some visible cosmetic flaws. There are larger rust marks on the left bust and near the bottom of the right hem, where there is also a small tear in the cotton. A pin-sized rust mark is visible near the second button and another under the left arm. The second original button shows some wear. There is also an ink stain on the back of the left shoulder and one or two further pinhead-sized holes throughout. Please study the photos carefully.
