All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.

  • UK Orders: Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • International Orders: Royal Mail International Tracked.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days. As Lucky Charm Vintage is a one-person business, dispatch times may occasionally vary. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you would like your parcel to include a signature requirement or additional insurance, please contact us before placing your order.

We are required to declare the full value of all international shipments. Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to assist if your parcel is delayed or missing.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence and love your vintage purchase. Every piece sold by Lucky Charm Vintage is an authentic vintage garment dating from the Edwardian era through to the 1990s.

As these garments have lived a previous life, signs of age and gentle wear are to be expected. Extra care should be taken when wearing, cleaning and storing vintage clothing.

Each item is carefully inspected before sale, and we take great care to describe every garment as accurately as possible. Any notable flaws, particularly those affecting wear or presentation, will always be clearly noted in both the description and photographs.

Please check all measurements, descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing. Vintage sizing differs significantly from modern sizing, so we recommend comparing the listed measurements with a garment that fits you well rather than relying on the size label. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if an item has been significantly misdescribed.

If you believe your item has been significantly misdescribed, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Approved returns must be posted within 14 days of delivery and returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item has been significantly misdescribed.

We Are Unable to Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect fit or sizing.

  • Personal preference.

  • Colour variations caused by different screen settings.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, repaired, damaged after delivery, or carry perfume, smoke or other odours cannot be accepted for return.

Refunds

Where an item is found to be significantly not as described, a full refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other fees charged by their country.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on international orders due to the complexity and cost of international shipping and customs procedures. This does not affect any legal rights you may have where applicable.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If an item is faulty or significantly not as described, you may have additional legal rights.
