Domestic: £4

All domestic orders are sent with Royal Mail, using their tracked 48 service.  You will receive a tracking after the item is dispatched via email. I aim to ship within 3 working days of your order. However, dispatch times can vary, so thank you for your patience, as this is a one-person operation. 

International Shipping

U.S.A: £19
Australia: £22
Everywhere else: £18

All international orders are sent with Royal Mail, using their tracked service. You will receive a tracking after the item is dispatched via email. I aim to ship within 3 working days of your order. However, dispatch times can vary, so thank you for your patience, as this is a one-person operation. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Please note that any import duties, VAT, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns/Exchanges

We unfortunately are not able to offer refunds on international orders. All items are sold as seen and listed with detailed information and clear photos to ensure full transparency. 

Full priced items (where no discounts have been applied) are eligible for return within 7 days from your delivery date for a store credit. Store credits are valid for 3 years and will be given via a customer code. 

Sale items or orders where a discount code has been used are considered final sale.

In rare cases, a full refund may be issued for items that arrive with significant undisclosed damage or incorrect sizing as stated in the listing (excluding any damage caused during shipping). We cannot refund for lost parcels.
