- All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. U.K. orders are shipped using a 48 hour service, and international orders are sent via standard tracked shipping.
- Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders are typically shipped within 3 working days. As this is a one person operation, dispatch times can occasionally vary, thank you for your patience.
- If you would like to add a signature requirement or extra insurance, just get in touch.
- We are required to declare the full value of each item. Any customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Once a package is in transit, Lucky Charm Vintage is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage. Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary.
Returns & Exchanges
- All items are sold as seen, with detailed descriptions and clear photos to ensure transparency.
- We are unable to offer refunds.
- In rare cases, a refund may be considered if an item arrives with significant undisclosed damage or is incorrect in sizing as stated in the listing. This does not include damage caused during shipping.
- We are not able to refund lost parcels.

Signs of wear consistent with age are to be expected, and extra care should be taken when wearing and storing these pieces.
