A sweet ruffled delight! This late 1990s blouse features a curved front with two covered buttons, with wide ruffles forming a collar and hem. The rest of the blouse has an iridescent stripe detail. Made from a polyamide and polyester blend, it has the feel of a lightweight satin when worn.
