Edwardian petticoat in very light, semi sheer cotton, cut with a slightly slimmer, broomstick style skirt typical of the era. Shaped gore panels with visible vertical seaming taper from a fitted waist to a flared, lace-trimmed hem.

Finished with a hand-crocheted lace flounce, with rows of open filet crochet insertion giving way to a deep shell-stitch scalloped border. Back opening typical of the period, easily closed with a small alteration if preferred.

Please note that the fabric is semi sheer and will need to be worn with nude or tonal undergarments if worn out.

Condition: Excellent

  • In remarkable condition for its age, with only gentle signs of wear and nothing significant.
  • One small pin head sized rust mark to the back.
