A gorgeous Edwardian piece, originally intended to be worn as a nightdress. This has a semi high waist, with a button down bodice featuring butterfly and floral embroidery. The waist has a panel for weaving a ribbon through, where a modern satin ribbon has been added. If no ribbon is worn with, the dress is open from just above the belly button to just below. Scalloping at the neck + cuffs.
Please note, the cotton is a little sheer — nude or tonal undergarments are recommended if worn out.
Condition: Excellent
- In really amazing condition for its age.
- Some general light wear to the cotton.
- One small area of thinning with a small mend to the front, near the left hip.
