An antique Edwardian blouse cut from very fine, sheer black cotton. Black pieces from this period are less common than the usual whites, and this one has held up well with its original structure and detailing intact. 

It fastens at the back with press studs and features a high neckline, delicate pleating and long sleeves. It is beautifully cut and stitched, and still has its charming original tag at the centre front hem.

Condition: Very good antique condition with light signs of age, nothing that affects wear.

• The cotton shows some minor signs of wear but generally presents very well.
• There are two small shiny spots along the button-down front, almost resembling glue residue.
• There is also a small hole at the left cuff on the sleeve.
