1940s 'CC41' *Rare* Ultra High Waisted Skirt

Quite possibly the most unusual piece I have ever found. Is it a skirt? A strapless dress? An apron? Who knows! This unique item is made from vibrant, true blue cotton with a 1940s-style print. It features a wide waistband/bodice with long, winged straps and a pleated A-line skirt. The CC41 label confirms its wartime era, and it fastens with a chunky metal side zip. The waist is clearly marked, but the top could be worn as an ultra-high waistband or a bodice, depending on how you style it.

Condition: Excellent, aside from some discolouration in the white print on the front.
