1900s Cotton Smock Nightdress

This sweet little antique nightgown is cut from stiff white brushed cotton. It features a true smock-shaped design with broderie-trimmed sleeves and a wide neckline that can be adjusted and ruched using an internal ribbon. A charming embroidered 'M.B' adds a touch of history, marking the original owner's initials. This delightful nightgown could also be styled as a perfect summer dress.

Condition: Good. There is a scattering of pinhead-sized foxing spots on both the front and back. Some rust stains and slightly larger foxing marks on the back of the left sleeve.
