1940s Floral Cotton Dress with Asymmetric Hem and Bows
This early 1940s cotton day dress is absolutely fabulous! It features vibrant shades of green, yellow, and orange in a pretty floral print, along with original red plastic buttons and black bows. It has been homemade from medium-weight cotton, with a high waist, ruched bust, an asymmetric skirt, and slightly puffed bracelet-length sleeves that secure at the cuff with a popper. The dress fastens with poppers behind the faux buttons and is pulled over the head to wear. A very unique and fun piece of fashion history!
Condition: Three areas of stains that fade into the print very well - one at the left bust and one on the right sleeve, as well as one near the buttons.

XS | Waist 22"- 25"
S | Waist 26"- 27"
M | Waist 28"- 30"
L | Waist 31"- 32"
