Our Rough Sizing Guide (Based on Waist Measurements):

• XS: Waist 22"- 25"
• S: Waist 26"- 27"
• M: Waist 28"- 30"
• L: Waist 31"- 32"
• XL: Waist 33"- plus

Please do not take this size guide as absolute. It is very important to know your bust, waist, and hip measurements ahead of purchase to ensure a proper fit.

The size stated in the guide may not be the size you would normally buy. Always refer to the specific measurements provided in each product description.

All of our pieces are laundered and ready to wear before they arrive with you unless stated otherwise. Please bear in mind that Lucky Charm's vintage collection can be up to 100 years old. Anything that is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear will be stated in the description. Our pieces range from project pieces up to pristine.

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, ensuring delivery within 48 hours. For international orders, we use Royal Mail Standard Tracked shipping. Royal Mail estimates that international delivery can take up to 14 working days; however, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and busy periods.

We don't accept cancellations exchanges or returns for international orders.

We accept returns for UK orders subject to our returns conditions.

We are pleased to offer a traditional layaway service to help you secure your favorite vintage items. Please review our layaway policy below for detailed information.

1. Eligibility

• Layaway is available for orders totaling £100 or more.
• The layaway period can be spread across two to four months, depending on your preference.

2. Down Payment

• A non-refundable 30% down payment of the total purchase amount is required upfront to secure the item.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments made towards layaway are non-refundable.
• Payment in full is due by the agreed-upon due date.

4. How to Set Up Layaway

• To set up your personalized layaway plan, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you in arranging a plan that works for you.

5. Important Considerations

• If full payment is not received by the agreed-upon due date, the item will be returned to inventory, and any payments made will not be refunded.
• Once the final payment is received, we will ship your item according to our shipping policy.

We use the vintage condition chart from the Vintage Fashion Guild. This is as follows:

Perfect - As new, with absolutely no flaws or wear. Excellent - Used, with no noticeable flaws.

Very Good - Used, with minor flaws, no repairs needed.

Good - Visible wear. Minor flaws and/or optional repairs needed.

Fair - Numerous flaws, repairs needed, fragile.

Poor - Extensive damage. For display or study only.
