1920s Reworked Pink Satin Nightdress with Crochet Lace Trim
This late 1920s slip-night dress is just darling! It is cut from a ballet slipper pink satin in a classic 20s silhouette and has been reworked at a later date to add a ruched waist. This has been very well done by a previous owner and has a contrasting floral ribbon (looks to be from the 1940s or 30s in comparison). There is a very pretty filet crochet lace trim to the neck and sleeves with a rose and leaf print. Like most nightdresses of this era, it is semi-sheer but definitely could be worn as a day piece with the right undergarments
Condition: Some general wear, creasing and areas of thinning to the fabric throughout. Nothing major and nothing that is too obvious. Please study photos for a better idea of this.

Sizing Guide
Sizing Guide
Vintage clothing is often homemade and/or follows a very different size guide to modern-day clothing. Please ensure you check the measurements carefully on the product description before making your order. We use a rough sizing guide based on waist sizing:
XS | Waist 22"- 25"
S | Waist 26"- 27"
M | Waist 28"- 30"
L | Waist 31"- 32"
XL | Waist 33"- plus
Please do not take the size guide as gospel as the size stated here may not be the size you would normally buy. It is very important to know your bust, waist and hip sizing ahead of purchase.
