A very cute 1990s black dress by Joseph Ribkoff. Made from a heavyweight stretch polyester blend with a smooth, slinky feel and great movement. It has a nicely tailored silhouette with a V-neckline, a flippy trumpet-style skirt, and a standout floral cut-out detail at the back.
