1970s 1980s Blue and White 'Blakeney Staffordshire' Ironstone Footed Urn Vase

A beautiful ironstone pedestal vase, perfect as a statement centrepiece. It features a rich indigo and light blue floral design, with white roses and delicate foliage around the curved bowl. The body is scalloped and deeply set, sitting on a classic pedestal base. Made by Blakeney Art Pottery, a Staffordshire-based company that specialised in earthenware reproductions of 19th-century Staffordshire ware, particularly flow blue and jardinieres. This piece dates to the late 1970s or early 1980s.

Condition: Very good. No cracks or chips, and still very glossy! The inner base shows some very light residue/darkening.
