1950s Pink Quilted Bed Jacket

I just love a bed jacket! They look brilliant paired with a white tee and jeans or thrown over a slinky dress—they’re so versatile. This one is a lovely 1950s quilted style from Bromley Wear. Cut from shiny pink satin, it features an all-over quilted design, a wide wing collar trimmed with lace, and three mother-of-pearl buttons at the front.

Condition: Good. Presents beautifully, but there are some aesthetic flaws. Throughout the jacket there is evidence of age-related foxing, which I’ve tried to capture clearly in the photos. These are seen in scattered marks on the collar, shoulder, and body. They are faint, and I’ve worked to fade them as much as possible, but please study the photos carefully.
