1950s Embroidered Cream Nightdress Slip
A sweet slip from the late 1950s, likely sold as a bridal piece. It’s made from gauzy nylon with a crossover V-neckline, floral embroidery, and bunny ties at the shoulders. The high waist flows into a floaty, full skirt. Like most nightdresses of the era, it is quite sheer. It is unbranded, aside from an original size tag.

Sizing Guide
Sizing Guide
Vintage clothing is often homemade and/or follows a very different size guide to modern-day clothing. Please ensure you check the measurements carefully on the product description before making your order. We use a rough sizing guide based on waist sizing:
XS | Waist 22"- 25"
S | Waist 26"- 27"
M | Waist 28"- 30"
L | Waist 31"- 32"
XL | Waist 33"- plus
Please do not take the size guide as gospel as the size stated here may not be the size you would normally buy. It is very important to know your bust, waist and hip sizing ahead of purchase.
