1930s Black Lace Evening Gown with Matching Bolero
This is a stunning evening dress and matching bolero, made from beautiful delicate black lace and most likely dating pre-1935. As per the trends of the time, this dress falls to the ankle, has a natural waistline, and long slim sleeves.
It comes with an attached under-slip and features mesh detailing at the shoulders and back. The coordinating bolero has sweet, fluttery short sleeves, which make the longer sleeves of the dress stand out even more when worn together.
The dress has no closures, and is pulled over the head to be worn. There are belt loops, but sadly, no belt. There are light signs of wear, and one large rip to the back above the waist.
Shown on an approx UK size 6 mannequin (B:34"/W:25"/H:34”)
