A very sweet little 1920s camisole, cut from an incredibly fine beige silk. Semi sheer and very delicate, this piece has been re-zhuzhed over time by a former owner, who attached more modern silk ribbon straps and repaired the waist. The neckline features ribbon laced through crochet-style lacework, and the waist is softly cinched with good stretch.

Condition: Good.

• This is a delicate and slightly wounded piece and should be handled and worn with care.
• The silk is over 100 years old and is not perfect, with scattered moth holes throughout. I have not mended these, as further work could worsen them due to the very fine nature of the silk. Please see photos 6 - 11. 
• The elastic at the waist has been replaced and is modern. A small section is visible, along with the hand stitching used to reattach it at the waist.

• Bust: Can fit between a 32" and 36" depending on how tightly the ribbon at the bust is tied.
• Waist: stretches from 26" to 30"
• Length (not including sleeves): 11"
• Length (including sleeves): a pinch under 19"
