Shipping (U.K)

All domestic orders are sent with Royal Mail, using their tracked 48 service. You will receive a tracking after the item is dispatched via email. I aim to ship within 3 working days of your order. However, dispatch times can vary, so thank you for your patience, as this is a one-person operation. 

International Shipping

All international orders are sent with Royal Mail, using their tracked service. You will receive a tracking after the item is dispatched via email. I aim to ship within 3 working days of your order. However, dispatch times can vary, so thank you for your patience, as this is a one-person operation. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Please note that any import duties, VAT, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns/Exchanges

We unfortunately are not able to offer refunds on all orders. All items are sold as seen and listed with detailed information and clear photos to ensure full transparency. 

However, UK customers may request an exchange within 5 days of delivery; items must be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

In rare cases, a full refund may be issued for items that arrive with significant undisclosed damage or incorrect sizing as stated in the listing (excluding any damage caused during shipping). We cannot refund for lost parcels.
